The exposition at midday, the particular characteristics of the field (calcareous and clayey ) joined at the traditional type of cultivate of vine "guyot", are allowing to give excellent wines respecting the taste and the perfums of the land monferrina.

is "La Pinota" selectioned and refined into barriques.
Among other tipycal wines there’s "Malvasia" spumante and cork smooth, with Solatio, a raisin wine got from a later vintage of only bunches of Malvasia choosen.
