Organoleptic features: ruby-red colour with dark red vein, marked
and intense bouquet with a slight note of vanilla, harsh flavour, dry-bodied with
a delicately bitterish aftertaste.
Serving temperature: 18 - 20° C.
Food combinations: red meat and game spicy dishes.
